Just had HFS Waste Management here to do a cctv survey on our drains and they did a great job gave the drains a good cleaning very thorough and professional, would highly recommend HFS

HFS came to my rescue last week! People talk about "going the extra mile" but HFS actually did it. At short notice they came out to my property in horrendous weather and did an amazing job. Would thoroughly recommend - Five starts doesn't seem enough.

As someone who's never had any dealings with a septic tank before and was somewhat wary about the whole process really appreciated the friendly, helpful service and knowledgeable advice. HFS were reassuringly experienced, fearsomely equipped, very thorough and great value. Will definitely be calling them again next time. Highest possible recommendation.

We had an issue with the drain from our sewage treatment plant to the soakaway. Ali came out the next day and undertook a camera survey and jet wash. The service was highly professional and I would recommend Ali to anyone, without hesitation. We're very glad we found someone who was committed to resolving the issue.

Ali came to investigate and solve our septic tank blockage and proved to be both knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step of the process, with probe camera and jet wash and was totally committed to solving our problem for us. I would highly recommend HFS Waste management with no hesitation.

Phoned Ali on Saturday he said he would phone back which he did ( have phoned people in past they can’t be bothered to call back ) so brilliant business practice. Came to my dads house on Tuesday on time found the problem with drains used camera and which allowed us to see problem removed all the scale build up in the very old pipes, explained what he was doing in simple terms for my dad . Removed the scale got drains running perfectly. Likes his tea strong no sugar .😂.. thanks also to dean @ sheringham plumbing for the recommendation. Ali knows his stuff . I can’t recommend Ali and HFS highly enough. From the initial pre site meeting to completing the work for us, HFS were thorough, professional, thoughtful and knowledgable. A systematic approach from start to finish meant we found the cause of our problem and have been left reassured now knowing where all storm drainage runs and is intact and working. The work carried out was to a very high standard and you would not have known that pipes had been dug down to at the end of the project. All very neat. Ali and HFS came highly recommended. Well what can I say, Unbelievable ! This is a company who calls you back when they say they will, turns up when they say they will and at the correct time. They keep you informed what is happening , even if you haven't asked them ! I called Ali a few months ago as we have had a leak issue coming into our apartment that needed investigating. He responded to my message on the same day, and came with his colleague Dean from Sheringham Plumbing and Heating to take a look. They were both punctual and professional. I had a full report emailed to me in less than a week to send to my insurance company. After giving the go ahead from my insurance they came back to try and locate the problem and fix it. Finding the faulty pipe proved very difficult due to the layout of the plumbing going though the apartments above, but they didn't give up, they remained good natured and persistent. They did find the source of the leak, fixed it and made good the access areas. They also cleaned up after themselves which was a real bonus. I would not hesitate in using them again, and would definitely recommend them , In this day and age it is rare to find a company who offer this level of service. Thanks Ali and Dean Wendy Seago

Recommended by a friend. Phoned HFS on the 28th of December, said he would be with us on the hour. Very professional, very helpful and alround pleasant guy. We had a blocked toilet which meant we couldn't use sinks or showers so we were very glad of a very, very quick response. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you so much.
